Event place: Oudtshoorn, Cape Province, South Africa[2][3]
Cause of death: Died in Private Aircraft Accident, crash while on a weekend pass. While on route from Rand airport to Riversdal, they crashed on the northern slope of Fouriesberg, 10 kms West of Robinson Pass. There were 4 fatalities, all of which were NSM Radar Operators. [1]
